10:30am - 11:45am Happiness and Thoughts (Infect negativity with functional thinking)
11:45am - 12:00pm Break
12:00pm - 12:30pm Happiness and Thoughts (Ooze confidence)
12:30pm - 1:30pm Lunch
1:30pm - 3:30pm Social support (Nurture your social support network)
3:30pm - 4:00pm Break
