| Clients learn the five-minute Happier Horizons Thriving Habit, which combines diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscular relaxation, meditation, mental imagery, thought stoppage, goal setting, a new appreciation of their values as a result of several sessions devoted to clarifying their values, with an affirmation they create as a result of several sessions devoted to Happiness and NOISE (Neuroticism, Optimism, Internal Locus of Control, Self-esteem, Extroversion). | ||||
